T O M: get ready to be mystified

there's a magical place in northern california called Trees of Mystery. indeed, the trees are somewhat mysterious. BUT, even more curious, giant paul bunyan and babe the blue ox welcoming you... enticing you... maybe even frightening you, if even just a little.

most mysterious of all: GIANT PLASTER TESTES.

Hello,

My reason for writing is to kindly ask permission to use your image of the Paul Bunyan and Babe the Blue Ox which I fond on your Blog, for our upcoming exhibition, Sacred Places, Dreams of Leisure : the Anthropology of Tourism, which would make a wonderful addition to the exhibit, which will be on display at the Valene L. Smith Museum of Anthropology on the California State University, Chico Campus. The museum is a non-profit, and is open and fee to the public. Our main mission is educational outreach, and the exhibition is researched, designed, and installed by the students of the Anthropology 467 class as a part of their professional training in the Museum Studies Program. Should you grant us permission; you will receive full credit in the exhibit. Thank you for your attention, and look forward to hearing from you.

Please email me at ornellas.k@gmail.com.

Thank you,

Kim
